In 2013, Universitas Gadjah Mada with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia established the ASEAN Studies Center. ASEAN Studies Center Universitas Gadjah Mada was established to generate critical scientific research and enhance Indonesia’s position and contribution to ASEAN.
